The lead RF Engineer contributes to the RF design and implementation of various local and regional LTE, cellular, or PCS networks through consulting activities and/or project assignments. Must have a detailed knowledge of GSM, WCDMA, EVDO, 1xrtt, LTE, HSPA, CDMA, 3G/4G applications and is expected to contribute to radio and IDAS/ODAS network expansions and enhancements. The engineer is to provide clear expertise while conveying concepts and adhering to procedural principles inherent to Radio Design and Network Performance in order to meet departmental goals and fiscal objectives.

Co-Op Engineer will assist in completion of many engineering projects. Collect RF data for Engineering projects throughout Georgia and surrounding states. Process documentation of engineering processes and work flow. Assist with engineering documents, drawings, and surveys. Work on gathering field data and measurements for projects recently designed and installed at various locations within Metro Atlanta. Perform strategic research to develop new designs and products in the technical discipline. Perform CW testing for various proposed cell towers/sites to include rooftop, towers, monopole, etc. Test and analyze specific data to meet various KPI’s required by our clients. Write and propose reports on all active projects. Visit local sites to learn about engineering procedures and cost savings opportunities. Manage inventory, record and collect field test data. Provide technical support on drawings and various Co-Op related projects.

Field Technicians perform various aspects of the cable and antenna installations.  Typical job duties include (but are not limited to) conducting site walks, performing site surveys, CW testing, cable sweeps, plotting, drawing up, and designing site maps, and installation of connectors, cabling, antennas, head- end, and remote electronics.  Must have the ability to read maps, follow directions, and interpret engineering and construction plans.

The IBS Field Supervisor is responsible for ensuring our In-Building installations meet a consistent degree of exceptional quality for Fiber & Coaxial installs. The supervisor is also responsible for the timeliness of installations, maintaining the project budget, and achieving previously outlined objectives that are set forth by management and the customer.  Must have fiber certification, IBwave experience, and low voltage license or equivalent experience along with fiber, coaxial, and wireless systems installation experience.

State-certified electrician should have experience running conduit, pulling wire, installing services, running a job site, and managing a crew.  Applicant will provide leadership and technical expertise for a photovoltaic installation team (three-person crew).  Will communicate the necessary job status data to the operations management team to ensure the successful operation of complete and working systems.  Previous experience installing photovoltaic systems preferred.
